Brian Grace

Brian’s education was in finance and accounting and he started his early career as a public accountant with one of the “Big 6” firms – KPMG Peat Marwick. However, after 10 years in various corporate roles, he realized his passion is helping others and working for himself. He wanted to have a greater impact on individual’s lives and the community.

Therefore, in February 2006, he embarked on an exciting career in Real Estate with one of his closest friends and now business partner, Evan Noyes. Brian refers to himself as a “recovering” accountant but still uses his analytical skills and attention to detail in every transaction!

We heard about Brian from friends who had recently bought a home, so we decided to ask him to help us sell our house. Brian is extremely kind and professional. He came prepared to our first meeting with tons of info and handwritten notes about comps in our neighborhood, so we felt confident about a sales price for our home.
