Brian Grace

Brian’s education was in finance and accounting and he started his early career as a public accountant with one of the “Big 6” firms – KPMG Peat Marwick. However, after 10 years in various corporate roles, he realized his passion is helping others and working for himself. He wanted to have a greater impact on individual’s lives and the community. 

Therefore, in February 2006, he embarked on an exciting career in Real Estate with one of his closest friends and now business partner, Evan Noyes. Brian refers to himself as a “recovering” accountant but still uses his analytical skills and attention to detail in every transaction!

Due to his dedication, persistence, and passion for helping others, as well as 16 years of experience, he has developed a wealth of knowledge about Real Estate, the Lakewood and Denver Metro area, marketing, and the home transaction process.

Brian is a Certified Negotiation Expert, licensed real estate professional, and a 5280 Five-Star Professional for 11 years running! He guides his clients throughout the entire transaction, rather than passing them off to various team members to handle different aspects of the purchase or sale. Through continuity and consistent communication, Brian’s clients feel fully supported throughout the entire process.
